Linear Scale Digital Readout Systems Signal Collector USB Interface

Introduction

The UST3 linear scales signal collector is an advanced linear scales signal reading and transferring device. It is available to connect to 3 linear scales and one foot switch, when the foot switch is triggered or the linear scale RI points is found, the 3 linear scales reading data will be locked, After the foot switch is triggered it will upload if this triggering is effective, avoiding miss operation. The UST3 is using USB cable to connect to the PC, instead of traditional PCI card, avoid the inconvenient of installing and maintenance. The developer is able to read the linear scales reading data from the PC through the USB interface function, to develop the measuring software.

Independent 3 axis linear scales connectors, 24 bit reversal counter.

1 terminal external trigger, able to lock one axis or 3 axis reading data.

The delay of external signal trigger locking is less than 20us.

Positive/negative counting direction is switchable.

Searching RI point, RI signal, phrase A signal, phrase B signal for option.

Digital filter included, high anti-noise capability.

FPS more than 30.
