The Unimetro FlexFix series CMM fixtures package includes a wide choice of standard size base boards and an extensive option of components with M6 or M8 threaded fittings. It is suitable for the fixturing of parts for aerospace, automotive, electronics, industrial or medical applications, the fixture package will
offer a complete solution.

Fixturing solutions is able to be assembled quickly to increase the inspection speed. Each fixture board is laser printed with codes and all the fixturing component has a clearly labelled part number, offers easy documentation and records of the fixturing set-up. The same set-up can be reproduced for subsequent inspections quickly and accurately ; this can be especially helpful when a single kit is used in different applications or where there are different users. Identical fixturing set-ups are important to improve the
repeatability and accuracy of measuring by eliminating errors caused by the fixturing offset from the
process.
